What is MyMarbecks?
MyMarbecks is a loyalty rewards programme similar to AA Rewards or FlyBuys.
By signing up for MyMarbecks and swiping your MyMarbecks card in store when you make a purchase (or registering your card online) you’ll earn Marbecks dollars at a rate of NZ$1 per NZ$50 spent (or more for double and triple dollar promotions).
How it works

Setting up your account / obtaining a MyMarbecks card
You can can request a MyMarbecks card to be sent to you via the website, or you can pick up a MyMarbecks card from one of our physical stores (in which case our friendly staff will guide you through the process)
If you’re already have an account on marbecks.co.nz you can request a card by going to the "Rewards Programme" section of the "your details" page.
If you have already picked up a card from a store and wish to register it to earn rewards on all your online purchases, you can enter the details on the "your details" page as well.
If you haven’t yet created an account on marbecks.co.nz, then you can request a card to be sent to you as part of registering as a new customer.

Earning Rewards online
Once you’ve registered your MyMarbecks card through the website, any purchases you make will automatically add points to your Marbecks dollars balance. You can view your balance in the "Rewards Programme" section of the "your details" page.
If you are logged in then your balance will also shown in the list of links on the right side of every page.
Your balance will only be updated when your order is ready to ship and your payment is processed.

Earning Rewards in Stores
If you’d like to use your MyMarbecks card to earn Marbecks dollars in our physical stores you must have your card with you and swipe it at the time of the purchase.

Lost or Stolen cards
Contact lostcard@marbecks.co.nz or phone 09 366 0704. We will transfer your balance to a new card, and send it to you at the billing address you have listed in your account.
Note: A replacement card will incur a fee of $2 which will be charged against your MyMarbecks account for postage and handling of the new card.

MyMarbecks News & Special offers
When you sign up to MyMarbecks you have the option to receive emails about exclusive products, upcoming shows and events as well as special offers and extra promotions. If you wish to stop receiving these emails at any time, you can unsubscribe via the mail list page.

Using Marbecks Dollars to purchase goods
Simply select MyMarbecks as the payment method at the checkout. You can also use MyMarbecks in conjunction with other payment methods.
MyMarbecks exclusives
Starting in 2012 we will be offering exclusive products and deals to MyMarbecks customers. We hope to bring you such things as backstage passes, tickets and special memorabilia. More details as they become available.
Marbecks digital
You can use your Marbecks dollars to purchase tracks from our Marbecks digital store. At this stage however, you aren’t able to earn rewards on digital purchases.
Terms and Conditions

Purchases made using Marbecks dollars do not earn any rewards themselves.

Certain items are excluded from earning Marbecks dollars, including Gift Cards and tickets.

MyMarbecks is not currently available in our cafes.

MyMarbecks is not currently available at our franchise stores (Napier, Browns Bay or Rotorua).

The MyMarbecks card is available to both customers from New Zealand and the rest of the world.

We won’t pass your details on to another party or company. We hold your information in confidence and you are entitled to access and correct your details as per the Privacy Act of 1993.

Marbecks dollars can’t be exchanged for cash and when the card is used no change can be given, however unused balances will remain as long as the card is valid.

If your MyMarbecks card is not used for 12 months any balance remaining will be forfeited. As long as you use your MyMarbecks card when making purchases - at least once every 12 months - it will remain valid.

We reserve the right to modify the MyMarbecks reward program without notice. Your MyMarbecks card is not transferable and must be returned on request.
