Capricornia

Midnight Oil is one of Australia's premier rock bands, boasting an international musical career spanning 25 years. 'Capricornia' is the next instalment in that illustrious career and is Midnight Oil's 14th studio album.

The album contains 11 brand new songs, penned by Peter Garrett, Rob Hirst, Jim Moginie and is a rock solid and up-beat album with positive themes.

All the songs were produced and recorded by Warne Livesey ('Diesel & Dust' / 'Blue Sky Mining') and mastered by Bob Ludwig at Gateway Studios, Portland, Maine.

The album also contains a CD Rom featuring interviews on the making of 'Capricornia' and behind the scenes footage with Peter Garrett, Rob Hirst and Jim Moginie.

Standout tracks include "Golden Age", "Too Much Sunshine", "Tone Poem", "Luritja Way" and "Been Away Too Long".
