Originally released in 1979, this version of 'DIY' includes 4 non-album singles ("What A Waste", "Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick", "Reasons To Be Cheerful" & "There Ain't Half Been Some Clever Bastards"). The 17 track bonus disc features unreleased demos and an 11-song Live set.
'Do It Yourself', originally released in 1979, was Dury's first album with the full line-up of Blockheads, who bought a tightness and excitement developed after a year on the road - it reached No.2 On the album charts and spent 4 months on the charts.
The bonus tracks include four non-album singles - "What A Waste", "Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick", "Reasons To Be Cheerful Part 3" (7" and 12" versions) and "There Ain't Half Been Some Clever Bastards".
The 17 track bonus disc features six unreleased demos and an 11-song set during the Live Stiffs Tour of 1977.
