Return Policy
Any goods with a manufacturing fault will be
- replaced with the same or
- repaired under warranty or
- If neither of these are achievable then a refund will be given.

Marbecks has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the marbecks.co.nz website.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information. Your IP address is not used to determine your actual identity for the purposes of advertising. We use cookies, if your browser settings allow it, to personalise content and site behaviour, and to save the fact that you have logged in, so you don’t have to re-enter your password on every secure page. Our registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address, and shipping address if ordering items). Billing
Your credit card will only be billed for items that are in stock, when they are ready to ship.

Delivery/Courier Charges
marbecks.co.nz offers free delivery within New Zealand for online purchases over NZD$50.00. If some of the items in your order are out of stock and you do not wish to wait until the entire order arrives, we offer the option of sending the items that are in stock straight away and then sending the remaining items once all have arrived (this will incur an additional $4.00 shipping & handling charge on the 2nd delivery).
Online orders under NZD$50.00 will be charged NZD$4.00 for courier delivery within New Zealand. If any item(s) in your order are out of stock and you choose to send them seperately (rather than waiting until all of the order is ready to ship) then an additional NZD$4.00 shipping & handling charge will be incurred.
All orders of NZD$100 or more will be sent "signature required", so it may be appropriate to specify your work address for delivery -- otherwise someone will need to be at your home to sign for the goods.

AA Rewards
Marbecks offer AA Rewards points to all AA members who purchase goods from us. We make a record of your AA points earned and credit them to your AA account accordingly. Just specify your AA card number in "AA Rewards" section of your account details, and it will be used for all future orders.
Please note: AA Rewards are not applicable in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or the purchase of gift cards.
