Alexander Scriabin is probably most famous for his mysticism, his piano music and Le Poème de l'extase for orchestra. This 3 CD set puts the composer's symphonic output in a broader perspective. It includes all three symphonies and that other great symphonic poem, Prométhée, le poème du feu (here of course without the colour keyboard).
