Previously attributed to Jesuits, the Canichana and Moxos Indians, of what is now Bolivia, sent their Spanish sovereigns a collection of musical compositions that here receive their world premiere recording. For its first recording, Capilla de Indias (Chile) judiciously mix native mouth organs and fiddles with Baroque instruments.
