The solo singing has some good things, chiefly from Lynne Dawson, whose gentle intensity, freshness and natural poetic feeling inform all she does; Keith Lewis's tenor solos are eloquent if closer to theatre than to church, and Simon Estes produces some huge and imposing bass singing."
