Here, at any rate, are such artists as Renata Tebaldi singing "Vilja" (in Italian), Birgit Nilsson proclaiming "I could have danced all night," Jussi BjOrling with "Dein ist mein ganzes Herz", Ljuba Welitsch singing "Wien, Wien, nur du allein", and Giulietta Simionato and Ettore Bastianini having fun with "Anything you can do, I can do better" - names that it is difficult to recall now without a substantial touch of nostalgia tempering the sense of fun that dictated the original scheme."
