"This project started out as a simple idea & became a cherished vision: to sooth babies & adults through the universal language of music. After 3 years of careful research this continuous music has been produced to bring balance & harmony to the mind & body. Through the selection of special keys, natural rhythm & instruments, the senses are relaxed. You can reflect, drift, dream & feel secure cradled in the arms of music.

This music is arranged in major keys to release feelings of pleasure & well being. The 3/4 rhythm used, imitates thr resting heartbeat & is the traditional time signature for lullabies. Calm is created by the gentle rocking rhythm that gives security in it's repetition. The traditional instruments used; flute, harp & strings have a natural harmonic quality that resonates within our body, creating restfulness.

Hearing is our first sense to develop. In the safety of the womb & in our sleep, we are aware of sound. Shhh... Listen...Sweet Dreams."
