'KY' is a wonderful, downbeat collection of 9 tracks taken from Lemon Jelly's previously released (and very limited edition) 10 inch vinyl singles - all on one CD!

'KY', the first CD release from Lemon Jelly, was a collection of 9 tracks taken from their previously released (and very limited edition) 10 inch vinyl singles. Said 10"s raised huge interest & lots of critical acclaim for the band around the world. 'KY' at last gave everyone a chance to own all of these superb rare tracks on one CD.

Nick Franglen and Fred Deakin are the talented duo behind the Lemon Jelly project and have certainly elicited excited responses in the press with "Singles of the Week & Month" in publications such as NME and Muzik as well as sessions on BBC Radio 1 with Mary Anne Hobbs. The beginning of 2000 saw them touted by NME magazine as one of their "Tips for 2000" and Gilles Peterson has also name-checked them as "the future sound of Worldwide", all of this was achieved before Lemon Jelly were even signed!

In the past, 'KY' was only ever available in New Zealand on specialist import - now we are very happy to say that this outstanding album is readily available locally.
