What Price Will You Pay? Volume 1

Commercial Suicide announces the first volume of an ongoing series of compilations bringing you the past, present and future sounds of the label in a mixed format, at a very affordable price. 'What Price Will You Pay? Vol. 1' is mixed by label "star" and all round twisted, dark drum n' bass enigma, Klute. This is serious dn'b indeed.

Formed in May 2001, Commercial Suicide was started primarily as a new home for Klute's own music but soon found itself flooded with quality music from burgeoning producers worldwide. Klute's keen eye as an "A and R" man led to early discoveries of many artists who have since proved to be big names on the Dn'B scene, and he has featured some of these artists on this compilation, like our very own Concord Dawn, Hive, Baron, Amit and Artificial Intelligence alongside appearances from established artists such as Total Science, Calibre and Digital.

This mix highlights the various sounds and styles that fall into the labels bandwidth and to show how great different music can sound. With Commercial Suicide, an unknown artist is not an unknown quantity!
