Switchfoot is Jon Foreman (lead vocal, guitar), Tim Foreman (bass), Jerome Fontamillas (keyboards), and Chad Butler (drums). Stemming from the beaches of San Diego, the Foremans and Butler met as surfers in the '90s with Fontamillas joining in 2000.
They all bonded over their love of music and started playing gigs, releasing their first Album in 1997. Since then they've averaged 150 shows a year, received numerous nominations and awards and released 4 albums including this one - 'The Beautiful Letdown'.
