Young UK artist Diesler picked up a huge number of fans, including Gilles Peterson and Mr Scruff, with his debut album 'Diggin' It Somethin' Rotten', and now he delivers the irresistible musical brew that is 'Keepie Uppies'.

This album finds him branching out to collaborate with more musicians and vocalists, turning in songs as well as his trademark dancefloor rockers! Packed with a mixture of smooth, laid-back vibes and uptempo beats, from jazz to funk to Latin, 'Keepie Uppies' showcases Diesler's globetrotting sound and magpie-like ear for the best samples, to devastating effect.

Lead single "Charmed" features UK singer Laura Vane, on a churning broken house groove, while follow up radio track "A Little Something" also features Vane on vocals and is included on the recent Tru Thoughts 'Shapes' compilation.

As well as Laura Vane on vocals, 'Keepie Uppies' also features the vocal talents of Joseph Malik [Compost], adding further to the fusion of sounds at work here. This is the new "worldbeat” sound, given a serious 21st century Tru Thoughts workover!
