Since their inception in 2000, US trio Erase Errata has always been hailed as a visceral fury; now, the band's sound is as powerful and unhinged as ever!

"Erase Errata utterly destroy the music that inspired them as they reinvent it from top to bottom.”
- Rolling Stone

Since their inception in 2000, US trio Erase Errata has always been hailed as a visceral fury; now, the band's sound is as powerful and unhinged as ever, and with 'Nightlife' they look at American life with the fluorescents on.

While it's standard in this kind of forum to describe a band as defying convention, being pure, inspiring and original, fortunately for Erase Errata, it's the truth. Though the band has largely abandoned their "skronky”, dance punk sound, they are still dynamic, elastic and dance-able. They even sound like a pop band at times.

All their changes and efforts are well evidenced on 'Nightlife's 12 tracks of polished chaos. Recorded and mixed by the band along with Chris Woodhouse [A-Frames, Coachwhips] and Eli Crews. 'Nightlife' is their 3rd full length album.

Erase Errata was nominated for the Short List Music Prize in '03, won Best Indie Band from the San Francisco Weekly and were selected to play on John Peel's radio show twice! They've played at Noise Pop, SxSW and Ladyfests several times, and shows with Bloc Party, Fugazi, The Fall, Blonde Redhead, Le Tigre and Sonic Youth.

"Not only is this their best album yet, but also one of the finest to emerge from leftfield this year.”
- Playlouder
