Atlanta-based rappers the Ying Yang Twins have sold more than 2.5 million albums worldwide and are back with their fifth studio album 'Chemically Imbalanced'. This album follows their highly successful 2005 release 'United States Of Atlanta (U.S.A.)', which contained the Grammy-nominated single "Wait (The Whisper Song)" and their 2006 NZ tour.
'Chemically Imbalanced' meshes the Ying Yang Twins signature down South booty shake with a Caribbean-flavored twist by teaming with Fugees mastermind Wyclef Jean and famed producers Jerry Wonder and Mr. Collipark.
Originally titled '2 Live Crew' the Ying Yang Twins (D-Roc and Kaine) changed the album title to 'Chemically Imbalanced'. "We renamed it [that] because we're totally opposite, we are never on the same page but we wind up in the same place. It has everything to do with chemistry and how we interact with each other. Individually we are imbalanced but together we equal each other out,” says Kaine.
