Paul Banks (Interpol's lead singer, lyricist and guitarist) reveals his solo album, under the guise of Julian Plenti. Banks has previously performed under the 'Plenti' moniker, and his debut features contributions from Mike Stroud of Ratatat, Sam Fogarino of Interpol, Charles Burst of The Occasion and Striker Manley of Stiff Jesus.
