A blast of timeless rock energy and spirit that wouldn't sound out of place at any point from '60s garage-rock to 2010 dance rock and beyond.

'Habits', produced by the band's friend, singer/guitarist Tim Pagnotta, is a blast of timeless rock energy and spirit that wouldn't sound out of place at any point from '60s garage-rock to 2010 dance rock and beyond.

"Music is a sacred act of communion for me, offering hope and love," says vocalist/keyboardist Tyler Glenn. "That's the heart of this band." Adds guitarist Chris Allen, "We just want to share that feeling we got from the bands that inspired us, and then we want to pass the torch."

"Neon Trees present their first studio album 'Habits'. This four piece American rock band hails from Provo, Utah and features Tyler Glenn (vocals & keys), Chris Allen (guitar), Branden Campbell (bass & vocals) and Elaine Bradley (drums & vocals).

Neon Trees have recently had the joy of experiencing massive success with "Animal", the first single from 'Habits' reaching the #1 spot on the US Alternative Charts and #2 on the US Adult and Rock charts.

'Habits' is a toe tapping album, filled with upbeat catchy tracks and packed with potential teen anthems. Lyrically the album is expressive without getting emotional, so for this reason alone it should appeal to the lads. The vocals are a strange and rugged mix of Robbie Williams and Rob Thomas with some added grunt, the random use of the synthesiser throughout the tracks brings a definite funky pop element and highlights the diversity of the instruments used while creating the album."
