'It All Comes 'Round' is a collection of blues and ragtime, primarily pre-war with two contemporary Kiwi blues tunes (from the Windy City Strugglers and Mike Garner respectively) along with two Kokomo songs "Bonfires" and "It All Comes Round in the End". "Bonfires" appeared originally on 'Stromboling' (1996), the album Kokomo recorded with Tracie de Jong. This version is significantly different, rearranged as a swing-banjo song! There's also another Dylan tune - no surprises there.
The album is basically the trio, Nigel, Grant and Derek (who debuts his new 6-string banjo as well as playing guitar). Usual Kokomo collaborators Ian "Beano" Gilpin and Mike Kirk came in and played on a few songs, percussion and resonator guitar respectively. Boogie woogie piano queen Jan Preston guests on one track.
