The debut album from 16-year-old Daniel "Diggy" Simmons includes the hit "Do It like You" which features Jeremih.
Daniel "Diggy" Simmons, the 16-year-old son of hip-hop royalty Joseph "Reverend Run" Simmons and nephew of Russell Simmons, has already written himself a career that's surpassed much of his rookie class.
Diggy released his debut mixtape, 'The First Flight', in 2009; more than 100,000 people downloaded the album from his blog. In 2010, he uploaded a video of himself freestyling over the Nas song, "Made You Look". The video was a viral hit and garnered praise from Kanye West, who tweeted "I knew this kid was going to be fresh. I knew it!" AIRBORNE, Simmons' second mixtape released in 2010, was preceded by the song 'Oh Yeah!' which featured Pharrell Williams and Lupe Fiasco.
Diggy's debut album 'Unexpected Arrival' includes the hit "Do It like You" which features Jeremih (the video clip has had over 3 Million views on YouTube).
