'On My One' is Jake Bugg's third album. Still only 22, Jake wrote eleven songs, played most of the instruments, and produced most of 'On My One'. The new single 'Love, Hope and Misery' is one of the standout tracks from the album and could not be more different from its funky predecessor 'Gimme The Love'.
"I wanted something with an epic pop chorus because I hadn't done anything like that before. Along the lines of Harry Nilsson, or Bill Withers." Jake says. "The best thing was we actually got in Bill Withers' drummer, James Gadson. He's my favourite drummer so to have him playing on this record was a personal highlight."
