Collapse EP is five tracks of hyper edited electronics cut through with trademark Aphex Twin acid. It's perhaps his most contemporary sounding record since Syro (or even drukQs) with echoes of footwork and some serious bass rumblings.
Aphex Twin, aka Richard D. James, is a name synonymous with the intriguingly named genre of IDM (Intelligent Dance Music).
The most recent Aphex Twin album, Syro, was released in 2014.
