Mount Kimbie brought together the expanded live lineup to record this blistering session of some of their best loved songs, first broadcast as part of the WXAXRXP x NTS takeover, demonstrating how their material has evolved on the road. You Look Certain (I'm Not So Sure) which originally appeared on the band's latest album Love What Survives features multi instrumentalist and vocalist Andrea Balency, who has been touring with the band for the last couple of years.
The band were also joined by frequent collaborator Mica Levi aka Micachu for the session, recorded at Andy Ramsay of Stereolab's Press Play studio in London.
