SERGE GAINSBOURG & JEAN-CLAUDE VANNIER Cannabis (2003 French digitally remastered 21-track CD album featuring vocals by Jane Birkin, housed in a gatefold digipack sleeve with French/English text booklet and 'Ecoutez Le Cinema' series insert, two outstanding soundtracks from Serge Gainsbourg on one CD. The `Cannabis' soundtrack was co-composed and arranged by Jean-Claude Vannier for the 1970 cult French movie from director Pierre Koralnik. The second soundtrack is co-composed and arranged by Michel Colombier for the 1967 French movie `Ce Sacré Grand Père', both soundtracks are now rightly considered classics and feature an unsual combination of funky drums, bass, loud guitars and harpsichord. The sleeve shows very light wear and the discs looks 'as new').
