Scarface released his third studio album, The Diary, in October 1994, featuring more polished production by legendary producers Mike Dean and N.O. Joe. The album would become a fan favourite in Scarface's discography and would end up as one of the top-selling Rap-A-Lot releases of the 1990s, earning platinum certification within a couple of months of its release and establishing Scarface as one of the top storytelling lyricists.
In celebration of Rap-A-Lot's 40th Anniversary, Rap-A-Lot and Virgin Music Group are releasing a definitive reissue of The Diary with a never-before-released bonus track, "Ease Up Now," only available on vinyl versions. Newly remastered, this definitive edition includes the original 1994 artwork, carefully restored by acclaimed designer Mr. Krum.
Featuring fan favorites like "No Tears" and "I Seen a Man Die," this platinum-certified classic is presented with upgraded audio and an expanded format, making it the most comprehensive edition to date.
