Still Burning

Hamilton father-and-son duo Son & Water make their album debut with Still Burning, a nine-track collection grounded in whānau, whakapapa and the musical legacy shared between vocalist Daimond Porima-Ferguson (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Ruapani, Ngāti Hikairo, Ngāti Hauā) and his father, Katchafire co-founder Jamey Ferguson (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Ruapani).

Featuring recent single Drop It Down, the album draws on their Aotearoa reggae roots while moving freely across different sounds and styles. These elements are held together by the warmth, positivity and whānau connection central to Son & Water. With multiple number one singles, millions of streams and a fast-growing audience across Aotearoa and beyond, Still Burning arrives with strong momentum and an established fanbase ready for the duo's first full-length album.
