The Scottish born singer / songwriter / guitarist began his innovative and expansive career over 30 years ago and has since worked with Phil Collins, Lee Scratch Perry, Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd, and Steve Winwood along with many others on various albums.

John Martyn remains an important and influential figure in both British folk and rock and he transcends the boundaries of conventional singer-songwriting and developed groundbreaking styles over various different genres of music. He has written outstanding material for various artists including Eric Clapton and Nick Drake and has collaborated with Sister Bliss of the acclaimed dance act Faithless on a progressive trance hit called "Deliver Me".
