One of the driving forces of British blues, rock & pop music captured at the top of his form.
Long John Baldry is a highly influential singer who was among the first English performers to incorporate diverse folk, jazz, and blues influences into his sound. LJB's band reads like the membership roster of the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame, having included Charlie Watts, Mick Jagger, Kathi MacDonald, Jimmy Page, Jack Bruce, Rod Stewart and Elton John. This dynamic live concert was recorded at Iowa State University in 1987, and features classic renditions of his hits including "Going Down Slow", "Everyday I Have The Blues", and "Talking To My Baby".
