Gotan Project came into being in Paris when Argentinian musicians joined forces with European electro wizards to create an innovative music that has developed into a genuine movement around the world.

The Gotan Project have notched up over 200 concerts around the world and their live-show is a total sonic and visual experience. A typical Gotan concert starts by seducing the audience with vast images projected onto an enormous screen veiling the stage in front of acoustic musicians playing alongside machines, midway through the concert the veil drops and the musicians are finally revealed, the crowd screams as if they had just witnessed the final act of a striptease.

Prisca Lobjoy, art director and video artist for Gotan Project's ¡Yabasta! label, created all the video performances screened during this amazing live-show and saw a film of the actual live event as the logical next step. The film was shot in December 2003 at the Forum, in London, during the 'La Revancha del Tango' tour, then intercut with archival and original contemporary film footage. The intuitive edit is guided by the sensual rhythm of Tango. The exploration of the relationship between image and music sweeps the viewer away and makes Prisca's film so much more than a mere concert recording. The images and sensations on this DVD give a unique insight into the pure pleasure these amazing musicians derive from the creative musical process both in studio and on tour.

Tracks include: "Queremos Paz," "Epoca," "Chunga's Revenge," "Triptico," "Santa Maria (del Buen Ayre)," "Una Musica Brutal," "El Capitalismo Foraneo," "Vuelvo al Sur" and "Last Tango in Paris."
