G. Martin Clunes looks at the important role of the world's working horses. Fifty years ago, it seemed that the great age of the working horse was over but today, in locations all over the world, these wonderful creatures are proving their value all over again. In forests and on farms… vineyards and city centres... working horses are back in harness; requiring no filthy diesel products to gain propulsion and leaving no poison in their wake.

Martin Clunes (Doc Martin) travels the globe to look at the important role of working horses and he begins training his own adored Clydesdales to work on his Dorset farm.
