The Zurcher Ballet mounted this 2003 production of Sergei Prokofiev's 1945 ballet Cinderella, with its classic libretto by Nikolai Volkov. It stars Karine Seneca in the title role, Stanislav Jermakov as Frédéric, and Marine Castel as The Godmother. The Soloists and Dancers of the Zurich Ballet lend added onstage support, Johan Engels designed the sets and the costumes, and Heinz Spoerli choreographs. The Zurich Opera House Orchestra lends added musical support under the baton of Vladimir Fedoseyev.
